These links are provided for your convenience only. Privacy of Information: All information entered while placing an order with Save-n-Energy.com is kept completely private and is never sold or given to a third party.  E-Mail addresses are NEVER sold or given to any third party - we only use them for contacting you ourselves. Mistaken Shipments: Save-n-Energy.com will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs if we made an error with your order. Broken/Defective Product: All products come with a full manufacture’s warranty. Be sure to keep your box (or the information on it for contacting the manufacturer) and your receipt for proof of purchase. We will do our best to package the products well, but cannot guarantee that they will arrive to the customer’s location un-broken.  If any or all of them break, the customer must take responsibility. Warranties: All products are sold “as is,” and Save-n-Energy.com disclaims all warranties of any kind relating to the products or use thereof, express or implies, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title or fitness for a particular purpose. Return Policy: Save-n-Energy.com will accept returns for unopened regular stock items unless your order is considered a Special Order.  Special Orders would consist of, but are not limited to, the following types of orders: items we do not stock, quantities of items that are above what we normally stock, orders with totals over $250.00, and custom ordered items. Refunds for non-special-order returned items will be issued to the original method of payment when possible and a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the credit for each item returned. The maximum time for accepting returns is 30 days from the day the order was shipped out from our warehouse. The maximum time for contacting us about a return is 14 days from the day the order was shipped out from our warehouse.  No returns will be accepted beyond that time, so please make sure your products are correct right away once you receive your shipment. The arrangement and cost for returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping to the 48 contiguous states: Free Shipping: Save-n-Energy.com ships orders via UPS Ground or USPS.  Save-n-Energy.com tries to ship orders within 48 hours of your order, Monday through Friday.  We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.  If you have not received your order within 10 business days after placing your order, please e-mail us. Due to the necessity of extra packaging materials/methods on some items, surcharges will be added for items that are 20” or longer or weight more than 50 lbs. Fees for UPS Ground service will be calculated once the items you have ordered are packaged, weighed, and measured. In the event that you choose to return your items to Save-n-Energy.com, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Certain very large quantity (pallet drop ships) orders may be assessed additional shipping fees on a case by case basis. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Island We will ship items to these locations via UPS or USPS.  The cost of this service will be determined at the time of shipping, bases on the weight and dimensions of the box. Shipping to locations outside of the United States of America We can ship items internationally, via UPS.  The cost of this service will be determined at the time of shipping, based on the weight and dimensions of the box.  Estimated duties and fees will also be added to the order.  We will not be responsible for breakage of items shipped outside of the USA. Back Orders: We receive inventory daily and do our best to maintain adequate stock.  Occasionally some items are unavailable and may be back ordered.  If we are out of an item when we receive your order, we usually have it available within just a few days. If the entire purchase is back ordered:  We will ship your order as soon as the item(s) become available and your credit card will not be charged until we ship your purchase. If the purchase is partially back ordered:  We will immediately process and ship the in-stock items via the requested shipping method.  The enclosed packing slip will indicate which items are on back order.  Your credit card will be charge for the entire order.  The backordered items will be sent as soon as they are available (usually within a few days).  The secondary shipments(s) will be shipped via ground shipping.  There will be no additional shipping charge on the secondary shipment. If the remainder of the order can not be filled in 5 days, we will refund the remainder portion of the charges and will notify you by e-mail. Pricing and product errors: Our goal is a 100% error free site.  If pricing errors are discovered they will be promptly corrected and the accurate price will apply.  We will notify you if the items you ordered were incorrectly priced. Energy saving products is a fast moving and faster changing (for the better) industry. Our goal is to keep up! Payment: Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.  Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Our website is set up to conduct secure credit card transaction.  See Privacy Information. Sales Tax: You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales and use taxes that may apply to your order.  The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law.  By law, Save-n-Energy.com must collect sales tax for orders SHIPPED to the state Florida only.
